Back to topStithians Beavers hold their first meeting
June 2008
At the start time of 5:00 we had just two Beavers, by 5 past we had three and it was beginning to look as if we'd wasted our time.
We were puzzled and looked at the waiting list that had built up over the previous months, we looked at the clock, we looked at each other.
We need not have worried, by 10 past we had eight, enough to get started. By the end of the meeting 14 potential Beavers had arrived and joined in the fun.
As they left with smiles on their faces, we knew everything was going to be all right. Stithians Beavers were under way.
